Top Metal Builder in 2018

Metal Construction News has released its May 2019 issue with the annual “Top Metal Builders” ranking.  Precision Erection Company remains one of the top metal builders in the nation with this year’s ranking of 8th in square footage of steel erected in 2018.  In addition to the 1,715,433 square feet of metal buildings erected, Precision also received a ranking of 9th nationally for erecting 6,862 tons of steel.  Metal Construction News stated, “In spite of challenges, 2018 was a very good year.”

Precision has experienced 70% growth in 2018, which is double the national average for the year.  Precision’s 2019 work load has already surpassed last year’s square footage total, with over 1.8 million square feet of work completed or scheduled to begin in the upcoming months.  We contribute this growth in volume to our continued positive relationship with our clients with more than 90% of Precision’s projects being repeat clients.  In addition to our client base, a great economy primarily in the industries we serve such as; manufacturing, heavy industrial and warehousing, has contributed to our success.
